I designed and presented a session for Gen-Z audiences, helping them explore their unique superpowers and how these align with careers in STEM as emerging professionals. Delivered five times, the presentation included a resource toolkit offering introductory access points for education, community, and support.

Through this initiative, I contributed to expanding the innovation pipeline by mentoring youth and developing entrepreneurial ecosystems in underserved communities, providing resources to alleviate barriers and empower individuals to contribute unique value.

As a Global Shaper, I collaborated with a network of young leaders to drive both local and global impact through community initiatives. I contributed to projects addressing pressing challenges, leveraging innovation and collective action to create sustainable, inclusive solutions.

Additionally, I was selected and sponsored to attend the Climate Reality Project's training, where I gained critical skills and knowledge on climate advocacy. This immersive program equipped me to lead and mobilize efforts for impactful climate action, fostering solutions to tackle the global climate crisis.

A national leadership skills development fellowship focused on expanding resources and capacity for Black and Brown Femme Entrepreneurs through ecosystem curation tailored to our unique needs. *Sponsored by the Nasdaq Foundation.

I developed and implemented original programming to educate underrepresented founders on accessing financial and social capital, benefiting over 300 individuals. Additionally, I designed event materials and facilitated workshops to align with stakeholder goals, emphasizing inclusive collaboration and sustainable growth.
